Podcast Goals
The podcast aims to explore how to optimize physical performance by focusing on what Andy calls the "3 I's": Investigate, Interpret, and Intervene. Andy emphasizes that understanding extreme performance can help improve everyday fitness levels 1.

Season Format

Future seasons will be developed based on new research and feedback, ensuring continuous improvement and relevance.
